2. Locate your session id |

3. Invite your customer to HelpBeam by phone,
email or chat. |

4. The customer goes to www.helpbeam.com
and press 'Join Session' |

5. The customer enters the 12 digit session id |
 |
6. The customer downloads and runs the
HelpBeam application and says 'Yes' to connect |
 |
7. Now you download and run your application |
