Is HelpBeam easy to use?
Extremely.  HelpBeam was designed to be used by both the support representative and customer with no prior training at all.  There is no setup or configuration required for either party.

Can I send Ctrl-Alt-Del or Alt-Tab to the customer computer?
Yes.  Ctrl-Alt-Del has a button on the Support app to send.  To send Alt-Tab, just make sure the remote session is the active window and press Alt-Tab.

What if the support representative or customer are behind a firewall?
HelpBeam makes only outbound connections on both sides, so all but the strictest of firewalls are no problem.

HelpBeam allows one simultaneous connection at a time, but you can connect to as many computers as you wish.
