Your customers may have have sensitive and confidential information on their computers, so we make sure we offer the highest level of security.
Is it safe for my customers to share their screen?
All session data passing through the HelpBeam servers is 100% end to end
SSL encrypted. This means that nobody, not even us, can see view your screen
sharing session. It is 100% private between you and your customer.
Also, screen sharing data is never stored on our servers.
128-bit SSL Encryption
HelpBeam uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Encryption, the highest level of
protection available for your data. It is the same encryption used for online
banking and e-commerce sites.
HelpBeam leaves nothing on your customer's computer
The customer can delete all traces of the HelpBeam application after the
session has ended.
